If you're not a LOK fan, then don't read it, cus you'll get bored

I was thinking the other night about my LOK fan comic I started making 2 years ago.. and made only 6 pages so far. I realized that I don't even remeber what it really was about. I have written the script for a half of the story, but I don't remember what I was thinking then. What plot was hiding there? What was the role of main character in all of this?

So I decided to ditch this comic. I have a tendency of starting something and never finishing it. Or I have lots of ideas but they die before I start to bring them to life.

I wanted to make a story of someone who observes whole game plot and pushes main characters to make the right decisions. But now I see it as ripping off the whole series and adding a few elements and my thoughts about secrets behind the plot. You can ignore what I wrote below if you're not interesed. There are some *spoilers* but I guess if you were interested in the story, then it's better if you read what I was going to create:

Here's a short version? (sorry for chaos, grammar and spelling mistakes):
A young girl hiding in the mountains is taken by Kain to his kingdom and given to Raziel as a gift for his latest achievements. Raziel likes the girl after a while and she becomes his favourite servant. She has lots of visions of elder god, continuing pasts and futures (because it's all in circles and it made her kinda crazy about it). She also seems to know what makes Nosgoth die, so sge decides to help Raz and Kain to make time flow normally and fix the land. Later Raz's wings got out of his back, she told him "to heal the scion of balance" and helped him to get ready to visit Kain. After the execution and sudden slaugher of Raziel's clan, she somehow runs away to the Lake of the dead and waits until Kain's people find him. She later tells kain that she knows his plan, gives him some advice and runs to the mountains to sleep there for 1000 years until Raz wakes up.
Later the story was about her following Raziel through SR1 and SR2, trying to guide him (I don't remember how- I guess BECAUSE THE PLOT SAYS SO ). Then she has a boring chat with Elder God telling him his days are over (I couldnt decide if there was a fight scene between them). Bla bla bla.. when Kain is heartless, pillars are ruined, janos's possesed and raziel is locked in the spirit forge with eldie. She comes to Raz and comforts him (As I remeber, because the time in underwolrd was flowing slower than in the real world, I thought then, that Raz was waiting quite a long time before Kain went there). Raziel makes his decision, gets sucked into the Reaver, Kain defeates Eldie. The girl comes to Kain, talks to him, gives him advice what to do next... and Kain stabs her. He tells her he doesn't need no one to tell him what to do and she dies shocked (he's a badass afterall)

All in all, a totally boring story. There was supposed to be lots of secrets, pseudophilosophical wisdoms and my view on some unexplaied things in the series.


I also realized that the main (fan)character is too boring and too undeveloped. I also think she's a bit too sueish than I hoped. But what can I say? She was created when I was around 16/17.
If you want to know why I think about that character like that, then you can read it below. If not, skip the whole damn thing..

1. Her name was Irisia (Iris is a cool name in my opinion, but I had to make it sound cooler -_- stupid me)
2. She was Raziel's lover/concubine/slave (whole stuff takes place a few months before his execution, and I had a crush on this character back then). So having this character too close to LOK OC today I find immature/stupid/unoriginal. She wasn't in love with him, because she's doesnt have any feelings at all (except for fear in the beginning, but then she gets used to her situation)
3. She had to have special powers of course. She was some kind of a seer who could see the past, present and future. My explenation about these abilites was that she could hear/feel the land and it's current state and past. Because of time traveling and paradoxes Kain&Raziel have caused, the past was mixed with future. And so on. But that wasn't enough, because I had to make her follow Raziel unseen by every living/dead/undead creature. So she was able to choose by her own will to be noticed or not by others (including Elder God). And she becomes immortal..somehow. And I don't remember how. She just went to some forgotten caves, lied on a big rock and fell asleep, woke up, and suddenly become spirit-like.
4. She does almost absolutely nothing in this story. She talks a lot, tries to give some advice and support to Raz and that's all. If I made some changes in her, she'd be a perfect supporting character, because she's too boring to be the main character.
5. She was supposed to fight with elder god, but I ditched this idea. Making her almost immortal with supah mental/spiritual powers and a warrior with super reflexes and magic skills was too much.
6. She was chosen by Nosgoth (yes, byt the land itself) to help restore the balance. She was meant also to feel it's pain and stuff.

I can't remember much more.
I may redo this character and maybe I'll put her in a different and more original story. I want her to be deeper and more developed. There are plenty of things I like about her personality (almost emotionless) and special powers (mostly seeing/feeling the present), but I have to make her more "real".


Now I need to focus on my studies, because I am back to where I was 2 years ago (and later had to start all over again). I keep having so many ideas for original story of mine, but I somehow can't start writing it. I wrote down all main ideas, but there are so many plot holes I can't fill out. And so hope it wont be Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere ripp off.
